Development Strategy

When kicking off a project, we are driven to help our partners get the most answers from each round of prototyping. A prototype is always driven by a question; "Will this actually survive the rain", "Can we make this compact enough without losing function", "Would somebody invest in this if we put it in their hands"

We try hard to learn from our partners what their core question is, and then deliver an improved prototype which they can use to get an answer.

We break a project down into 3 fundamental phases:

• Define the question that the project seeks to answer
• Provide a proposal which focuses only on components and improvements needed to answer the question at hand
• Rapidly execute the proposal
